First, I want to say that these bags are my original ideas/designs and not something that I copied from a pattern or someone else. For some time, I have been making purses as unique gifts for family and friends. When a friend mentioned she was looking for a particular celebrity purse, I searched for celebrity fabric and found it did not exist. In my search, I saw tons of celebrity purses, such as magazine purses, cigar box purses and so forth; but, I wanted to come up with my own idea - so I decided to make the celebrity fabric myself. I then designed the pattern and made my first purse.

When I made my first "celebrity purse" some time ago (my technique has improved greatly since then), my family and friends loved it and said that I should make some to sell on eBay. After several months of research (trial and error), I decided to go ahead and give it a try, and I'm so glad I did.

Since then, a local shop has started selling my purses, and my purses are also being sold in Australia. As a fan, I think these purses are a great way to promote/advertise your favorite musician, TV show, or whatever you like. When I create each purse, I look at it as a work of art and strive to make no two purses alike. Sometimes, I may forget how I designed a purse I made in the past, and may make a new one that is almost identical. However, my goal is that each purse be a unique work of art.

Through careful research, I have found and use only the products that I believe are the best and most durable. My bags are doubly interfaced and all stress points are triple stitched. The bottom of the bag is hard and will not sag when you put a lot of stuff in it.
